The first thing to do is have a good think about what you want from your website, and how much information you need to put out there

We will ask you for a meeting, or we can talk over the phone, whichever is easiest for you, and we’ll discuss you thoughts so far, and try to map out the objectives and outcomes you want from your website. We will show you lots of options that are included so you can mix and match different sections, and work towards getting the look and feel that you want for the site. We’ll then discuss a colour scheme, which will usually be based around your logo (if you have one), and grow some ideas outwards from there

If you don’t have all, or any of the text content, then yes we can if you wish

Hopefully we’ve convinced you of our excellent creative writing skills from this website alone, and it’s something we thoroughly enjoy doing. If we’re just writing small amounts just to fill in the gaps, we can do this free of charge, but there will of course be a charge if you ask us to write all, of the majority of the content, as we’ll then need to research your market and competitors, so that we can write educated and appropriate content

You’d be surprised how many pages a site might actually need

For example, the folks at LA Exhausts thought their website would be 10 pages maximum….until we added in the specific car brand gallery pages that they wanted, and then the testimonial pages, and all of a sudden it was a 24 page website! However, we’ve let them off the extra pages as they’re customer service was so excellent when they worked on one of our cars!

We understand that taking payment up-front is a big ask when you haven’t even seen your website yet, so we ask for a 50% payment up front, with the balance being due after the site has been completed and you’re happy with it. When we receive the final payment, we’ll email you with all of the login details you need to be able to make any future changes to the website yourself, and to change the passwords if you want to. You can leave the passwords as they are if you’d like us to make any future changes though, and we can discuss prices when you need to
